Grand Harbor Sections 1-4 are $150.00
Grand Harbor Sections 4A-16 are $300.00
Harbor Side Sections 1-2 are $150.00
All Future Sections are $300.00

Basic Deed Restrictions

Please inform any potential property owner that Grand Harbor / Harbor side is a deed restricted community.

• Grass must not exceed 8 inches.

• All pets must be kept on a leash or contained on your property.

• Items that are prohibited:
  - Above ground pools
  - Boat / Trailer storage visible from street or waterfront
  - Inoperable or unregistered vehicles
  - Temporary structures: manufactured/mobile homes or storage sheds
  - Burning

• All exterior improvements must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
  These improvements include, but are not limited to:
  - Fences
  - Pools
  - Outbuildings
  - Major Landscaping (especially on waterfront lots)
  - Bulkhead / Boat Slip
  - Boat Slip Covers
  - Playground equipment

Initiation Fee

Each lot requires a one-time initiation fee of $1,950.00 to be paid. In some sections the initiation fee has been deferred for builders. Please contact the POA office to inquire whether or not the initiation fee has been paid on a specific property.
