Refund Request Forms

Please find Deposit Refund Request Forms Below. Refund requests should ONLY be made after ALL construction has been COMPLETED.

Refunds will be made to the original depositor ONLY. The contact person will be notified when the deposit is ready for pickup at The POA office, 18956 Freeport Drive, Suite A. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. 

Note: Refund Payment will be made to the Depositor only if the Property’s POA Account is in Financial “Good Standing” at the Time of the Request.
